I enjoyed reading this book as I have a growing interest in learning more about how I can use herbs for personal health and wellbeing.I like the way, "Growing Medicinal Plants" shows you to grow the herbs (in window sills, tibs or back garden) how to care for the plants and best of all, what you can use the different herbs for skin, hair and beauty care.
